When entering the minimum and maximum values to be calculated do not overlap the amounts. For example: Enter 1 to 99.99 and not 1 to 100.

1.Click on the Conditions Tab

Note: Not all five Next Ask percentage asks need to be entered.

2.Click in the tick box beside Exclude Contacts with No Payments if you want to include contacts who have not donated

Note: The form must be in Edit mode to make amendments to the tick box

3.Right click within the sublist to add a New Condition.

4.Specify Minimum and Maximum donation amounts and then a Next Ask Percentage  

Note:  to ask for a 10% increase, enter 110%

5.Enter the next percentage Ask

6.Repeat adding the required percentages

Note: If only One Next Ask is required click the Cancel button on the next percentage ask

7.Repeat the above steps to manually add further conditions for different donation amount ranges.  In the example below, slightly lower Next Ask percentage values are used as the donation ranges increase.
