Stock Take can be completed either Manually or by way of a Barcode Scanner, with proposed further development to incorporate a mobile Stock Take Scanner.

The Main thankQ and the individual Mobile thankQ cash till machines can be locked from processing Orders while a Partial or Complete Stock Take is being performed.

Once the Stock Take has been approved an upload to the Main thankQ is performed. A check is conducted to make sure there has been no stock movement. If a lock had not been performed and there had been stock movements a warning will appear notifying the user of this. The upload can be continued but if the stock take had a stock level of 10 and only 9 was counted the upload will adjust stock levels by -1 regardless whether stock has gone in or out for that product in the Main thankQ.
