1.Click Tours under the Event Modules from the main menu

2.Click New | New on the tool bar

3.Enter the Reference

4.Select the tour Type from the Pick List

5.Enter a Name and Description

6.Select a Category

7.Enter or select dates from and to

8.Enter a Duration

9.Select Source and Destination codes

10.Click OK
