The following will demonstrate receipting where there is a payment for just a Membership and also a Membership with a donation.

A Membership can be paid either by clicking the Pay button on the created Membership or once activated the member can be selected in an existing batch and the Membership selected for payment. Alternatively if you have the web version of Memberships the Membership will be paid and the funds in your bank. Once downloaded into thankQ the Membership is created and the funds paid will be in a Batch.

Create the appropriate Word Templates for the different scenarios e.g. a template for a Membership with a Donation and a template for just paying a Membership.
