If you have any contacts listed with this Grant (you can add them to the Contacts Sublist in the Applicant/Contact tab) you can also add various other records to this Grant including Learning Goals, Questionnaires, Reports and MoEs.
You can do this by right clicking the sublist in any of these tabs and selecting Add Outcome.
Please note that you will need to fill out the Score Sheets of a Grant before you can add these records:
