thankQ Help

There are 4 automation records that automate the eMailer module. These automations run at different times that are set by the thankQ software, if you would like to change the times these are run or switch it off altogether you may do so by editing these records.

These Automation Types are as follows:

Emailer - Apply Suppression List

Emailer - Apply Hard Bounces

Emailer - Apply Unsubscribes

Emailer Refresh

A description of each of these records, including the method to run these manually (if required) is contained below:

Emailer - Apply Suppression List

Automates the process of applying an eMailer suppression of an email address (i.e sets it to Do Not Mail). The manual method for suppressing emails is noted in the picture below. This automation record runs at 6AM every day by default.

Emailer - Apply Hard Bounces

Automates the process of applying hard bounce results into thankQ (manual method is noted in the picture below). This automation record runs at 6AM every day by default.

Emailer - Apply Unsubscribes

Automates the process of applying unsubscribes in eMailer to the thankQ contacts (manual method is noted in picture below). This automation record runs at 6AM every day by default.

Emailer Refresh

Automates the process of refreshing eMailer campaign statistics into thankQ (the method to do this manually is highlighted below). This automation record runs at 5AM every day by default.
