Packs for children can be created when a new Membership is created.
1.Click Search on the tool bar of the Membership form
2.Select Search Paid Memberships in a Date Range
3.Enter a Start and End date
4.Click Invoice/Mailing from the menu bar
5.Select Generate Linked Member Mailing (this Search) via Mail Manager
6.Place a tick in the tick box beside Child and Select
7.Click Yes to define an age range
8.Enter the From and Until Age
This will load all the selected Roles into a mailing with the age ranged you defined.
9.Edit the mailing and change the Order by to Membership ID (Batch Receipting)
10.Continue with the mailing selecting the appropriate template for this purpose.
11.Print and Log if this is a Word document
12.Print any Address Labels
